By accessing or using Laddrapp ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Laddrapp is a social media scheduling tool. It allows you to schedule and automatically publish posts to supported platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
To use Laddrapp, you connect your social media accounts via official OAuth. We only publish content you explicitly schedule. We never post without your instruction. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@laddrapp.com.
Paid plans are as follows. Monthly access is $4.99 per month billed monthly. Yearly access is $29.99 per year (equivalent to $2.50 per month). Lifetime access is a one-time payment of $74.99 with no renewals. Your subscription begins at the time of payment. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing support@laddrapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 16 years old to use Laddrapp.
You are responsible for ensuring your scheduled content complies with the terms of service of each platform you post to (including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest). Laddrapp is not liable for content that violates platform rules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse connected platform APIs, or engage in spam or abusive posting behaviour.
Laddrapp automates post scheduling based on your instructions. We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or growth outcomes. The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laddrapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal data. Contact support@laddrapp.com to exercise your rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
