Laddrapp ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, provided at signup.
Connected accounts: OAuth tokens from platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest). Used only to publish your scheduled posts. When you schedule a post, Laddrapp automatically publishes content to your connected platforms on your behalf at the scheduled time.
Payment data: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session metadata collected via PostHog.
Scheduled content: the posts you create in Laddrapp, stored until published or deleted by you.

2. How we use your data

To provide and improve the Service
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (receipts, onboarding) via Resend
To publish your scheduled posts to connected platforms on your behalf
To monitor uptime and performance

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and PostHog for analytics. These providers are contractually bound to keep your data secure.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@laddrapp.com.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for session management and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email support@laddrapp.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. California and US residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your data, and to opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email support@laddrapp.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Laddrapp's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube account data solely to enable scheduling and publishing of content to your YouTube channel. We do not transfer, sell, or use this data for any other purpose.

9. Security

OAuth access tokens from connected social media accounts are stored securely in our database. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. No payment information is stored on our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe.

10. European Users (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to or restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@laddrapp.com. Our legal basis for processing your data is contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interests.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
